L’hypoplasie du cœur gauche est la dernière fron6ère dans le domaine des cardiopathies congénitales complexes. Ce dernier demi-siècle a vu la mortalité des malformations cardiaques se réduire drastiquement pour autoriser la survie à l’âge adulte de la très grande majorité des patients et, si la morbidité tardive reste parfois un sujet prégnant pour certaines malformations, la qualité de vie de cette population est globalement satisfaisante.
Ces objectifs ne sont pas encore atteints pour les hypoplasies du cœur gauche. L’objectif de ce 45ème séminaire est de faire un état des lieux avant d’explorer les chemins qui nous amèneront à changer le pronostic de ces cardiopathies
